For teachers, technology benefits by enhancing teaching methods, providing online resources, and saving time through virtual lesson plans and assessments, creating a student-friendly environment where individual learning speeds can be accommodated, and rewards can be given for motivation. Prolonged use of technology could also have negative effects on students' well-being, leading to issues such as eye strain, fatigue, and musculoskeletal strains.
